This spacious vacation rental is located on the first floor and includes a terrace, garden, and sauna. It stands out for its well-thought-out amenities for families and is ideal for a wellness week with friends or for working by the sea.
The inviting living area is the heart of your home and invites you to relax. Whether you’re enjoying a cup of coffee at the high table, dining at the large table that seats 6, or lounging on the comfortable couch—the choice is yours. If needed, the couch can be converted into an additional sleeping space in just a few simple steps.
Equipped with a smart TV (with access to YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime), its own Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 250 MB, as well as Bluetooth speakers and a radio. Tailor your entertainment to your own tastes. Feel free to bring your own devices.
Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired with a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine.
The modern bedrooms feature comfortable beds, a spacious closet with plenty of hangers, ample storage space for towels, and a cooling fan. In addition to a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m, 2 single mattresses), the first bedroom also features a reading nook and a desk. The second bedroom offers flexibility with two single beds (0.80 x 2.00 m), which can be pushed together if needed.
You can access the terrace and garden from any room at any time. Thanks to the west-facing orientation, you can enjoy the sun starting at 1:00 p.m. and wind down the day comfortably as the sun sets—whether gathered around the dining table or relaxing in the lounge furniture with a glass of wine.
The bathroom features adjustable lighting, a walk-in shower, and a private sauna, which is available to you free of charge. The spacious hallway offers plenty of room for your coat rack, stroller, beach buggy, or walker.
Do you dream of working by the sea? The dedicated, high-performance 250 MB Vodafone connection, multiple seating areas in two rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen allow you to relocate your office to the coast.
You can safely park your car in the underground garage (max. height 2.00 m). In the basement, you can safely store bicycles and large water sports equipment.
For the 5th and 6th guests, a surcharge of 10.00 € per night (per person) applies.
