This newly built 2-room vacation apartment, located right in the heart of downtown Friedrichshafen and just a few meters from the lakeside park and promenade, is ideal for a vacation on Lake Constance. The harbor is within walking distance, as are the train station, restaurants, and shopping.
The apartment is located in an apartment building with underground parking, an elevator, and a bike storage room. Right around the corner are the Friedrichshafen Tourist Information Office, the train station, and the bus station with Flixbus connections.
There is currently a construction site in the immediate vicinity, so we are renting it out at a discounted rate. Construction will continue until spring/summer 2022 and takes place from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
