Cozy little studio apartment, completely equipped and well-furnished located in a very nice area of the 17th District.
Welcome in our cute little apartment. It is located on the 1st floor of a well maintained and tightly secured building with a Concierge. There is also a lift in the building. The apartment offers, a small well-equipped kitchenette, private shower & toilette, a working table, and a particularly good and comfy couch bed. You will equally enjoy the high-speed internet connection by Cable & WIFI & also Cable TV.
Located on rue Saussure, in the 17th district, Metro Pont Cardinet (Line 14 ) is less than 5 minutes walking distance away. The line will bring you to chatelet in less than 10 minutes. You can also walk to metro Line 3 ( Villiers & Malhesherbes stations). The area is very animated with lots of commerce – bars restaurants, markets. It has kept its typical Parisian lifestyle.

The apartment was perfect for myself. The bed was comfy and clean. The Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools and appliances. Location was fantastic, cafe across the street was perfect and grocery store was a 3 minute walk. 10 minute walk to Wagram or Malesherbes train station on the 3 line. It was a little confusing when we arrived because the apartment manager (Paul) had no info of there being a VRBO on the property and the booking agency had left out time and instruction details that myself and Paul should have known. Paul quickly figured this out and the booking agency arrived with keys. I would definitely recommend the property.
