Lage und Umgebung der Immobilie ist sehr nett. In der Nähe befindet sich ein See sowie ein Waldstück. Für Besucher mit Hund optimal.
Einkaufsladen sowie Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung und schnell erreichbar.
Die Sauberkeit der Immobilie lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Nach Ankunft musste ich Nachts 1 1/2 Stunden das Badezimmer putzen damit ich es überhaupt mit „guten Gewissen“ nutzen konnte. Einige Steckdosen im Schlafzimmer funktionieren nicht. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist durchgesessen. Sauberkeit war in den restlichen Räumen auch nur minimal gegeben. Es wird in dem Ordner auf dem Tisch genau vorgeschrieben was alles sauber gemacht werden soll, allerdings wurde davon rein garnichts umgesetzt.
Fazit: Kann man nur mieten wenn man das Objekt nur zum schlafen nutzt und vorerst selber reinigt.
