Gaia Villas , a brand new luxurious complex ,consisting of Gaia Green Villa and Gaia Blue Villa, guarantee a memorable ,relaxing and unique experience .Villa Gaia Green is located in the well-known area of Kolympia in the middle of the island. In addition to offering easy access to all the must -visit places of Rhodes ,it is within walking distance from the beach ,restaurants, cafes and all amenities you will need to use. The Green Side of Luxury , is what the owners promise you will find!! The 150 square meter premises make the 6-person accommodation very comfortable!!
The villa has 3 fully air- conditioned, large bedrooms with double beds and 3 en suite bathrooms, flat screen 55 " smart TV s as well as big windows which facilitate the connection with the natural surroundings. If, however, work awaits you do not worry! There are work spaces and Wi-Fi available throughout the premises. The ample living room constitutes a truly relaxing space evidence of the owners attention to every detail in design .The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate your culinary habits as well as your experiments with local products and recipes.
The Villa is located 2 km from Kolympia Village. In the village you will find shops, restaurants, pharmacies, car rentals etc. Tsampika beach, is considered the best sandy beach in Rhodes, is only 8 minutes away by car. One of the most charming locations in Rhodes, the Seven Springs forest is only 1km away. This unique place of natural beauty has scattered freshwater springs, which end up in a small lake. You shouldnt miss visiting Lindos, at a driving distance of 25 minutes, and its magnificent Acropolis. There youll find the most magnificent archaeological site of Rhodes along with the most idyllic beaches. Also, you should visit the Old Town of Rhodes, which is known as the oldest inhabited medieval city in Europe and is located at a driving distance of only 35 minutes.

o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night

The house looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Very nicely decorated and three large bedrooms with bathrooms. The outdoor area is superb and a great place to relax after a day at the beach. We walked to the beach every day and it took us 10-15 minutes. The owners lives close by and came to say hi and goodbye even bringing gifts. Upon arrival there was a super start kit in the kitchen that even included home made limoncello from the owners garden. The service company was very easy to communicate with and was always ready to help. Absolutely worth a visit. Thanks for having us.
