We offer our guests a two-room apartment in the rustic heart of the island, a few kilometers from the most beautiful and famous beaches of the Costa del Sole, as well as Seccheto at 1.5 km, impossible not to mention Cavoli (2.5 km) and Fetovaia (4 km). A luxuriant area, ideal for tourists looking for contact with nature and tranquility, from here there are numerous paths for lovers of trekking and mountain biking. Seccheto with its 130 meters in length is one of the most beautiful golden sand beaches on the island, with a gently sloping seabed and surrounded by splendid cliffs, from which you can sunbathe.
We remind you that it is equipped with all the services: it offers a diving center, a boat lift, a tobacconist, grocery / bazaar, bars / restaurants and a small free public parking.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

The apartment, located on the first floor of a small building, has a living room with a two-seater sofa, TV and kitchenette (equipped with 4 gas burners, fridge with small freezer, oven and microwave); a bedroom with double bed; a bathroom with shower. The furniture is new, modern and comfortable. Outside, a small balcony overlooking the Seccheto valley. Car park nearby.

Important Notes:
- rental for up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years old
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
