Upon entering the villa, a welcoming hallway leads you to a restroom and shower room on the right, while on the left, you'll discover a generously proportioned living and dining area adorned with expansive glass patio doors that offer captivating views of the terraces and gardens. The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen and two generously sized en-suite bedrooms, with most windows featuring electric shutters for added security.
The master bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a king-size bed (150cm), two bedside cabinets, a matching chest of drawers, built-in wardrobes, and a modernized shower room. The second bedroom offers ample space and is furnished with twin beds (90cm), bedside cabinets, and a double wardrobe on an elevated platform. The lower level of this room includes a cozy sofa for relaxation, reading, or work, as well as a vanity area and an en-suite shower room.
Air conditioning is provided in the lounge and master bedroom, and it's included in the rental price.
The villa's terraces enveloping the property provide ideal spots for sunbathing and outdoor dining, all while enjoying magnificent vistas of the golf course and the azure sea beyond. The pool, situated just to the right of the terrace, offers a serene atmosphere and a sheltered setting.

Lovely villa in a beautiful location. Very comfortable inside with great outside space. We very much enjoyed our holiday.

The villa is excellent - it's comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing week.
David met us when we arrived and checked us in. He's very friendly and helpful, showed us where everything is and how it all worked.
The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, the living room is comfortable, the outside space has a choice of seating/sun beds, and the pool is lovely. (Spanish law only allows pools to be heated to 28C, which is a bit colder than I'd like but it was absolutely lovely.)
It was a little cold at night and there were no spare blankets for the double bed but a quick call to David and he delivered a duvet. The beds were comfortable enough. Towels were soft, and there were pool towels, too. Hot water plentiful and, although the water pressure isn't that high, the showers were fine.
The smart TV has about 3 million channels and we signed into our streaming accounts without a problem. The WiFi is fine. There's a nice library of books left by previous guests, too.
Note, the villa is right next to a golf course, which gives some nice views but it does mean that golf balls are likely to come sailing into the patio area. The neighbouring villa had a tidy collection of balls on their roof.
You do need a car if you want to get around, as there isn't much in the local area. Mercadona will deliver food, though (David sent us information about that with our booking). There is an Iceland supermarket that sells British food in La Chafira, too. The San Blas shopping centre (about a 10 min drive away) has a range of cafes, restaurants and shops.
In summary, I really recommend Villa Josh and we'd definitely stay there again.
