It is accessible by the stairs from the yard with outdoor shower shared
with the other apartments.
A small gate opens int the beautiful exclusive porch
with dining area and porch swing. The apartment opens into the living
room with air conditioning and open kitchen, dining table and double sofa bed.
The corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk bed, both with air conditioning, and a full bathroom with washing machine.

Villino Isidoria is in Sant`Isidoro, near Nardò. The beach and beach establishment are less than 200 meters away. In the city centre there are the main commercial services.
Porto Cesareo is less than 5 kilometers away. The park of Porto Selvaggio is less than 10 kilometers away, while Nardò with its beautiful old town centre is 11 kilometers away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
