The entire property went through an innovative restoration project, completed in 2022, using environmentally sustainable practices. The renovation brings together contemporary comforts and luxury amenities while at the same time salvaging and celebrating the historical architectural features of the building.
Authenticity is achieved using natural materials such as terracotta, stone and wood, while the extra-large windows and high ceilings typical of the local farmhouse enhances the Cascina charm. This unit is on 2 levels, measures about 110 square meters and is composed on the first floor of an entrance room with a daybed and a desk, a large living room with a comfortable double sofa-bed, dining area with table for 6 people and open-plan kitchen, a nice bathroom with large Italian shower; on the mezzanine floor, reachable through a beautiful wrought iron and wooden staircase, there is a king size bed. The apartment has super-high ceilings and large full-height windows that open onto the garden and bring a lot of natural light into the apartment all year round.
The technological equipment of the property includes air conditioning, independent heating system, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers and other basic appliances. Residence amenities include free car parking, reception office, laundry and large common outdoor areas designed to socialize with other guests and local staff.
