Nice small appartment with terase, separate Entry door from outside. Appartment is well equipped. WiFi was good.
Wooden stairs up to Galerie where is sleeping area are with unacceptable Angle. Customer shall be very careful, please do NOT climb up or down with socks. Rutschig, slip Hazard. I've fallen down on last day from 3th step and have injury my ligaments very bad. Without socks is not slipery.

The small cottage is located in a residential area, not too far away from city center of Bremerhaven. But it worths to take a walk or a bike ride, the neighbourhood is quiet and looks pretty. The accommodation itself is really beautiful.
Maybe stairs to the first floor, where sleeping area is located, are too steep for elderly people. You really need to take care when climbing up and going down on stairs. But alltogether it is managable and OK.
