Spacious and modern holiday home from 2021, located in a quiet summer house area in Tisvildeleje, close to the beach, town life, and the beautiful surrounding nature. The house features cozy living rooms with a wood-burning stove, an open-plan kitchen, and an air-to-air heat pump for year-round comfort. There is a TV with Chromecast, internet+, and a stereo system, with both Danish and German channels available. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, two ovens, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a pleasure. The house has three bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and underfloor heating, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay for all guests. Outside, there are plenty of opportunities for relaxation and socializing. The garden includes a lounge area, open and covered terraces, a grill, and a fireplace, perfect for enjoying time together regardless of the weather. This holiday home is ideal for families or groups who want to combine relaxation with activities—the beach, forests, and the charming town of Tisvildeleje are all nearby. Please note, the house is not rented to youth groups. This holiday home offers the perfect combination of modern comfort, inviting living spaces, and a scenic location, providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay with plenty of opportunities for local adventures.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

We’ve spent three weeks in the house. My family and me have spent most of our summer vacations over the last 50+ years in the area.
The location in the town is nice. It’s pretty central, yet quiet. There will be deer nibbling on the bushes while you are staying here (it’s pretty cool).
The only real downside I can tell about is that the walls are really thin. But if you happen to know and like each other of your attendees, it’s basically perfect.

The house is fully equipped with kitchen equipment and furniture to either sit inside or out side, No need to bring anything with you, Provided bed linen contains 2 towels (big and small) and cloth to wipe out water or dust or use in bathroom, There some family games, nice jigsaw puzzles and books (most of them in Danish), Yu can also have a barbecue outside, Fresh herbs in a garden make your meals taste wonderful,

Simple and functional, The house was clean and had everything we needed, While it might not be the most luxurious, it was perfect for our stay, Close to public transport, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions,

The location is great for nature lovers, We loved exploring Tisvilde Hegn, which is just a short drive away, The house itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, Would definitely recommend to friends!
