Modern and spacious two-storey villa located only 430mt from the beach. It can accommodate up to six guests. The property is composed of a living room with a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a third bedroom with a bunk bed, and two complete bathrooms with a shower box each. The property features a lovely private garden and patio. It comes with a washing machine, and one uncovered parking spot.*No pets allowed. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
*Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season)
*Late check-in: 19:00-22:00>30euros fee (no check-in after 22:00)
