The apartment, on the first floor, has a terrace with sea views, is equipped with great detail and has capacity for 6 people. Possibility of private parking with a supplement of € 10 / night, subject to availability.
Decor
This accommodation is decorated in a very careful traditional style, it is very spacious and receives a lot of natural light.
Distribution
Good size dining room, has three sofas, one of them a bed, TV and dining table with chairs. From it there is access to a small terrace overlooking the beach.
The kitchenis independent and consists of a conventional kitchen, two-bowl sink, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave and kitchen utensils for cooking and eating in the apartment.
BedroomsThe conil apartment rental offers three bedrooms, one with a double bed, private bathroom and dressing room, and another two bedrooms with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The rest area faces the interior of the house, perfect for a better rest. An extra person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. Sheets and towels are included in the rent.

SurroundingsThe apartment is right next to everything; once you get to Conil you don't have to use the car at all, everything is two steps away. In the area there are all kinds of shops and some of the most emblematic monuments such as the Church of Santa Catalina, converted into a cultural center or the Torre de Guzmán. In the middle of Avenida de La Playa, one of the liveliest areas of the center, we have a few steps away well-known restaurants such as El Oasis, La Taberna or El Pasaje, all of them specializing in tapas based on local products such as tuna or the seafood. The drinking area of Cádiz street is also very close to the apartment, and the Bateles beach is less than 4 minutes away on foot.
