Located in the heart of Cholet in a quiet area, Demeure Rossini is located in a beautiful historic building at 7, Avenue Gambetta in the immediate vicinity of the Mondement car park (space still available).
We offer 3 elegant and comfortable apartments of 16m2 with a ceiling height of 2m60 located on the first, second and third floor (quiet, courtyard side).
The first floor apartment (courtyard side) overlooks the house opposite, the second floor offers a bright view of the gardens opposite and the top floor offers a bright view of the Sacré Coeur de Cholet.
Modern equipment will meet all your needs (air conditioning, TV that blends perfectly into our interiors, it is so thin that it really looks like a painting with the wooden color frame...).
Quality bedding: Queen size bed (160*200) with a thickness of 25 cm.
Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, portable induction hob, microwave, pod coffee maker, Russell Hobbs kettle, pots, dishes, dishwashing liquid dispenser.
Office space (Hay stool 65cm) and The Frame extra flat 80cm TV (Free Orange Wifi)
Bathroom (Porcelanosa tiled shower area)
Towels provided, soap/shampoo dispenser, hair dryer.

- Possibility of arriving at the desired time from 4 p.m. and leaving at the exit time no later than 10:30 a.m. on the day of your departure.
- Access to the building is secured by a double digicode with an access code.
- The door to your apartment also opens with an automated access code.
Within each apartment, you will benefit from:
- a kitchen and dining area (fridge, induction hob, microwave, pod coffee maker, kettle, pots, dishes, etc.),
- a private bathroom area with a shower, a hairdryer and toiletries (soap and shampoo dispenser),
