The holiday home for 4 guests is on the first floor of a two-unit complex. It`s in Torre dell`Orso, lively and famous seaside location near Melendugno, one of the most famous tourist destinations in Salento.
The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning in the bedrooms, washing machine, hair-dryer, electric oven, tv, iron and ironing board. Pets are allowed.

apartment is introduced by a gate that opens into the partly paved
garden with flowerbeds, where it is possible to park the car. The
apartment is reachable by stairs.
The basic holiday home consists
of a living room with air conditioning, dining area, kitchen and a
furnished balcony with table and chairs.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The double bedroom has access to another balcony where there is the washing machine. Moreover, there is a full bathroom.

The holiday home for 4 guests is 1 kilometer away from the bay of Torre dell`Orso, seaside location near Melendugno awarded with the prestigious Blue Flag. It`s near the city centre with its town services.
Melendugno
and Borgagne are a short drive away. The holiday home is also close
other worth-visiting locations such as Roca with the Grotta della
Poesia, Torre Sant`Andrea, San Foca, Otranto and the Alimini lakes.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare )
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner not in all bedrooms.
