This well-equipped 61 m² terraced house is located in the scenic Løjt Holiday Center on the South Jutland coast, offering beautiful views of Genner Bay. The home features a bright living area with a cozy wood-burning stove and modern entertainment options, including cable TV and Chromecast. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, while the bathroom provides the added comfort of underfloor heating, making it a perfect year-round retreat. The property accommodates up to five guests across two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a combination of a single bed and bunks. For optimal comfort and energy efficiency, the house is fitted with an air-to-air heat pump. Outside, you can enjoy the sun and private barbecue evenings on the sheltered patio. The home’s location is ideal for golf enthusiasts, with a local course situated in the immediate vicinity. Guests have access to an impressive range of shared facilities within the resort, including an outdoor swimming pool with sea views (available from mid-May to mid-September), a playground, and a minigolf course. The holiday center also features an activity room with table tennis and air hockey, a small café by the pool, and shared laundry facilities.
