You will simply love calling this charming 1 bed, 2 bath villa "home" while you are staying on the beautiful Island of Hilton Head. Located in the desirable Beachwalk community of Shipyard there is no better location for golf, tennis and long lazy days on the beach. Once you enter the villa you will be impressed with all the recent updates including, new floors, stainless steel appliances and new full size washer and dryer
The living spaces are open-concept filled with natural light from the sliding doors that look out onto the large wrap around deck. Step outside and dine al fresco while enjoying the views of the Low Country. The lagoon, fairway and southern breezes will captivate you!
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need for preparing those at-home meals. A breakfast bar with two stools opens to the living area and the dining table offers comfortable seating for six.
Cherish time together watching a movie or just visiting in the inviting living room. Tucked away are games & puzzles for those rainy afternoons.
The lovely master en suite is spacious offering comfort and the perfect escape after a day of adventure.
With the Atlantic beach steps from your door, there will be no delay in getting those much-anticipated sandy toes! Pack a picnic and make a day of building sand castles and riding the waves. A starter kit of toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion can be found in each bathroom. Laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and sponge for the kitchen. Please note if you are staying longer than a few days you will need more of these items.
Shipyard requires gate passes for all vehicles to enter and must be purchased at the time of the booking. This villa may have up to one (1) passes. One Beach Parking pass is provided (April 15th-September 15th) per reservation.The Beach Parking pass provides for one parking space at one of the Beach Club parking areas. Also, a complimentary trolley makes runs from the Beach parking area to the Beach Club.
POOL:This property is approx. 150 yards to the pool. **Please note, this pool is NOT heated.
BEACH: It is approximately a 5 minute (0.3 mile) walk to the Shipyard Beach Club.
SHIPYARD is a gated community and is on over 800 acres located on the south end of Hilton Head Island. The recreational facilities include 27 holes of Golf and 20 Tennis Courts, Jogging and Biking trails, Health Spa and the beautiful Beach!

The unit was very nice, clean and updated and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was super nice and large with everything you need to prepare meals and such.Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very handy to keep our clothes washed up. The beach access was just a 5 minute walk down a walking path. So no chance of getting run over. I would definitely recommend this unit to any couple.

Our stay at Shipyard was exactly what we were looking for. Comfortable and clean venue. We had a nice view of the golf course from our patio. Conveniently close to the beach and shopping venues. Easy check in/out and good communication from the proprietor. Highly recommend!

Very very clean...we will give it that.It is on second floor. First night we heard something running/scurrying up in the ceiling.Woke us several times until we knocked on ceiling and whatever it was stopped/ran out or flew out. Called management company first thing in the morning...told them what was going on. They told us they would send some type of wildlife company out.Management never told us if they were out..so we called management and they said evidently someone had been out and looked at it from the outside. ... management company never told us if they found anything. Called back next day and left a message asking if there were any findings. Later that day upon our return back to the rental it was very obvious that someone had been INSIDE the rental and in the bedroom closet access. Again messaged rental company saying we knew someone had been in there...did they find anything? We also weren't thrilled that someone had access to the rental while we were out. We tried every day after that either calling or texting rental company to see what they had found. No answers..told us they do things slower in the south. As of this post we still never found out what was in the ceiling. We were very frustrated because someone had been in and done something. If chemicals we would have liked to been informed.Very surprised that this wildlife company never gave the rental company any updates after either visit. Disappointed never got answers. At least its a clean place
