About this apartment rental
This Baytree condo is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom rental located on the 1st floor in the Baytree Golf Community in Little River. The condo has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room which features a flat screen TV, and access to a quiet view from the screened patio area. This back patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing morning cup of coffee or a quiet afternoon drink.
This unit is minutes away from McLeod Health Seacoast Hospital. This unit will be considered for monthly rentals. Please inquire if interested.
Enjoy the quietness of a peaceful community while only being a quick drive from North Myrtle Beach and everything it offers like restaurants, shopping, and more!
The master bedroom boasts a queen size bed, full bathroom, and a flat screen TV while the guest bedroom features 2 twin size beds as well as a flat screen TV.
The condo comes equipped with a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and offers WIFI for its guests. This unit also utilizes a doorbell camera for added security.
Just a short walk from the condo is a sparkling outdoor swimming pool or the comfortable shade of the indoor pool. Personal grills are not allowed at the complex.
Southern Coast Vacations has a complete reservations staff that is well versed in all aspects of each of our rentals units, and the surrounding areas. We work with you during the booking process, before your arrival for additional questions and information, and our staff is available to you 24/7. If at any time you are in need, we are able to assist!
Other things to note
Beach and Pool towels are not provided, so be sure to bring some along.
Our properties are completely non smoking.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
Pets, motorcycles, and trailers are not allowed in this complex.
This unit features a doorbell camera for security purposes only.
Parking passes are not required
Linen price is factored into final price of stay.

If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.
Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

No starter pack or bed sheets or towels upon arrival but staff was quick to resolve the next day. Was frustrated to have to go to rental office to get parking pass - added extra time to our arrival and departure that seemed like it could’ve been handled via email.

Would be nice to pick up the key and drop off the key at the rental property. Was surprised I had to make beds. The staff was great!! Very helpful!
