About this house rental

** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, weddings or events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. We only rent to families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups **
This lovely mud brick home, set behind a tall front fence, gives you privacy in a quiet street. The property features a deck out the front (with a BBQ and an open fire place) and a large deck out the back so that you've got options to enjoy some privacy while you read your book or have your evening meal.
The living room has a smart TV with Netflix and this leads to the dining table for 8 people and kitchen with dishwasher, two coffee machines (one that takes pods and the other takes coffee beans), air fryer and microwave. There's a quiet reading room/study with a couch and a desk. The laundry has a washing machine and clothes dryer. There is one bathroom with a bath, and a separate toilet, as well as an ensuite. There is also free WiFi.
The living room has a cosy gas wood fireplace for heating and the bedrooms have portable heaters and fans.
It is only a 1 km walk to the Sorrento shops and only slightly further to the Sorrento beaches, or a 15-20 minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs.
The property is fully fenced and your well trained dog is permitted (upon application).

2nd bedroom - queen sized bed
3rd bedroom - tri bunk, ie double bed on the bottom and single bed on top
4th bedroom - tri bunk, ie double bed on the bottom and single bed on top and a set of king single bunks, TV with Apple TV and XBox 360
Well trained pets considered upon application.
Bed linen and bath towels are included for all bookings (surcharge applies).

The place is so clean, well stocked and spacious. Excellent for a family or friends gathering. There is so much outdoor space and pet friendly! Only down side is no aircon for super hot days. Would definitely stay again

A beautiful property that allowed us to enjoy a family gathering in a warm and spacious house.
The beds were comfortable and we look forward to making a return visit.
