Condo 8202 is located in an elevator building that faces a southeast view of the Atlantic Ocean, from your private patio.
We offer our guests a multitude of additional amenities, that no other Ocean & Racquet rental offers. As owners, we know what our guests require to create a memorable family vacation. All you need to bring is your bathing suit and the fun will begin. You are a 250’ from putting your toes in the Atlantic via our private beach walkway. You or your family can take our 2 free bicycles for a ride on the beautiful beach or to any of the local sites or fabulous restaurants. If you select to stay at home for dinner, we offer a fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy the use of your private Weber Grill to grill your favorite food. After your delicious dinner, sit back with the beverage of your choice in front of your own fire or play some family games. Additional amenities to accommodate your needs are 6 beach chairs, 6 beach towels, 2 beach tarps, a beach wagon, 2 golf & beach umbrella, 2 beach coolers/cold packs, electric air pump, 2 bicycles with helmets, a fireplace and bogey board.
Don’t forget to visit Historic St. Augustine which is only a 10-15 minute ride and you will be amazed by what you see and learn. Ocean & Racquet Resort offers special discounts for activities in St Augustine via Xplorie.

Overall, property was great for a quick vacation. It was clean, and check in was easy. Liked the beach cart and chairs provided. Ended up renting an umbrella because the one provided wasn’t going to hold up to the wind. Kitchen was smaller than anticipated, so cooking was a challenge, but manageable. Better for those that eat out while staying. Location to the beach was great and kids liked the heated pool.

First, I was impressed with the images of the listing in VRBO, that's why I booked. But walking in and seeing the location, it was PERFECT. Exactly as described/listed.
The space was very clean and tidy. Very relaxing atmosphere. Quiet surroundings. Easily accessible. Loved that is was at the corner of the building, right at the stairs, Convenient!!
Will defiantly book here again.
