This property was clean and very nice. It accommodates 5 adults with ease. I would definitely book again. We walked to the Track and it was super easy

Overall, everything was as advertised. We had some issues with figuring out the Central Air, but the owner was very responsive and gracious when I contacted her with questions. Neighborhood was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

The property was very clean, which is of most importance to me. It was a bit smaller than I expected and I didn’t realize there was no dishwasher or a grill, but we made do. Overall we had a great time. The deck in the back was a definite plus. The location was very convenient and close to the jazz festival, which I highly recommend.

Good location, clean. The garbage disposal did not work and there was a bad oder coming from the disposal drain. The bathroom sink in the downstairs bathroom was extremely slow to drain. We were only supplied with one key and all the towels in the linen closet were wet when we arrived. There was no access to outside trash cans to remove trash from house.
