About this house rental
Summary:
Grand oceanfront home with vast ocean views from every floor. The home has 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Top floor has Living room with windows on three sides to get the best of the ocean in all directions. Expansive decking across the home to take advantage of the endless views! Brew some coffee and watch the unmatched Outer Banks sunrises. Just before sunset, grab a beverage and utilize the back decks view of the lighthouse and sunsets. Most bathrooms have been renovated with luxurious tile showers.
5 bedrooms with en-suite connected bathrooms. Each has it its own door to an outside deck for increased privacy. One room is setup with 2 bunk beds to sleep four.
Pool (with optional heat for added fee) is Oceanside, enjoy oceanfront pool with lounge chairs only steps from the beach. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, overlooking the ocean and calming waves. Outdoor gas grill poolside for delicious barbecues. Pool heat is available as an option upon request.
Under the deck you find an outdoor ping pong table with sitting area and TV to enjoy the nights or take a break from the sun and 2 large outdoor showers. 3 Hammocks across multiple decks.
Take a walk across the street to the historic Whalehead Club and Lighthouse Park directly on the bay. Also within walking distance is Corolla Village which features a variety of stores; convenience store, coffee shop, ice cream shop, pizza, BBQ and smoothies. For nighttime, there is a Beer Garden featuring an array of local brews and outdoor seating with live music on featured nights. Only 3 mile drive to Food Lion for all grocery needs.

The Space:
The first level of the home opens to a spacious 2 story foyer and consists of 6 bedrooms. The floor has four master king bedrooms with renovated en-suite bathrooms. Three master bedrooms boast stunning ocean front views. Also on the floor is another spacious king bedroom, a bedroom with 2 bunkbeds, and a full bathroom adjacent to these rooms. In addition, the first floor has a sitting room with a TV and sofa bed for additional sleeping.
As you climb the stairs to the second level of the home, you will be greeted with panoramic ocean views from the spacious great room, dining room, and kitchen. Plenty of space for large family gatherings. Enjoy entertaining from the wet bar and wine refrigerator in the living room. The large kitchen has 2 dishwashers and plenty of counterspace. Half bath conveniently located on this level. The second level also contains a massive master king bedroom with large bathroom and jacuzzi tub, expansive ocean views, and private balcony.

Ocean Hill is a quiet neighborhood but close to many activities, stores and restaurants!

Beautiful house! They thought of everything for large families. Lots of pots, pans, utensils for cooking, two gas grills, only thing I would say is there is no dish drying rack for handwashing dishes and not many dish towels. Other than that they have it all! Location is perfect! There is a lifeguard stand right next to the house which made me feel safe for kids in the ocean. Also short walk to horses and 4x4, shops, Corolla Pizza etc. hosts were very responsive. One thing I will say though is don’t expect to watch tv in living room because we couldn’t figure out the controllers and bedroom on main floor tv didn’t have a remote so we couldn’t use it. Other than that no issues with property or hosts!
