The house was great! Very clean and felt like the owner had guest comfort in mind before renting. Basic amenities were in the house which was appreciated. Location of house was nice and quiet and just a short drive to downtown. Would rent property again!

The house is in sound condition and well depicted in online pictures. However, some deep cleaning is needed in areas where more than a single seasons dirt has accumulated, in particular the back screened porch. In addition, the chair cushions need replacing due to issues with significant mold and mildew. The main living area is clean and in good order - excellent location!!

Property was okay Beds were not at all comfortable. 1 adult had to sleep on liv rm. recliner because of discomfort. Another adult slept in room meant for children. the single bed was extremely soft.
Seemed funny that you had to walk across exposed porch to get to covered porch. Food wrappers were under double bed.
