Very easy check in. Did contact local agent a couple of times, as a/c wasn't working in one bedroom; needed 4 sun loungers around the pool; water/ice maker in the fridge stopped working. It was all dealt with quickly & agent & his wife were extremely helpful & pleasant. Property was very clean & close to all amenities.

When we first arrived the house was wonderfully cleaned and ready for us to change that. Very cozy and well stocked with appliances and most all needed to cook up a meal. Pool and pool area was awesome! Neighborhood was convenient to shopping and very quiet. We were probably the only disturbance(6 little girls and 2 adults lol) Enjoyed our time and would definitely suggest for any size family!!!

This property was close to our daughter's place so it was a great location for us. We were 15 minutes away from her in Hudson and an hour away from Clearwater Beach. The pool was great but could have used more outdoor seating. Only had seating for 4 plus 1 lounge chair.

The property had a number of items which needed immediate attention which the property manager did her best to correct quickly.
Given the price we would have expected a higher standard & most items could have been corrected prior to our stay with some fore thought and a thorough inspection.
