About this apartment rental
Cozy, Pet Friendly Studio Condo Sleeps Up To 4!
This is one of our most popular condos to rent and for a good reason. It is
located directly across from the Bear Valley Music Festival site; held
annually for two weeks beginning the last week of July. This open floor-plan
offers a bright kitchen with white appliances, plenty of cabinet and counter
space, coffee maker, toaster, cooking essentials and utensils. Bar seating
opens up to the dining area with seating for four and living room. The living
room boasts a wood burning stove with a river rock wall, media niche, couch
and a slider leading to the deck. The bathroom is located on the main level
and offers a shower over tub and a separate vanity. The loft offers a king
bed, two sleeping pads and many sunlit windows. Enjoy the sunset from the
newly remodeled deck.

My husband and I have now stayed in Creekside Condo 87 three times (anywhere from 4 to 7 days) and have thoroughly enjoyed every stay, but it was especially hard to leave this time. My early-morning routine has become going out with my dog and my coffee to climb up the granite rocks across the way, getting a little exercise,enjoying the sunny warmth and beautiful view while she thrills to all the exciting sniffs. A plus this year was the music festival orchestra practicing, wafting silvery notes through the early morning air, and we enjoyed being able to just walk across the way to the tent to attend a concert one evening. We find the condo homey,cozy, comfortable and well-appointed, the location great, love walking the dog around the valley at sunset after a day out hiking or at the lake, and stepping outside last thing at night to see a swath of bright stars against a black velvet sky, then falling asleep in the very comfortable king bed, sinking into the deep mountain silence. Everything went completely smoothly with our booking, check-in and check-out - everyone is a delight to deal with, friendly and helpful. Bear Valley is a gem, showcasing the best of the Sierras - I always have an amazing sense of well-being here. A special experience not to be missed, and we are grateful to the owners of condo 87 and all the people at Bear Valley Real Estate vacation rentals for making it possible for us.

Yes, overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo. We have stayed here before. There are a few items in the kitchen that could be replaced but by and large, it met our needs that are very simple. This condo or condo #81 where we have also stayed will always be the ones that we aim for when we come to BV. Number 87 has the advantage of WI-Fi connection though we don't always bring our laptop with us but it's still good to have that available. We love BV and wished we could have stayed longer. We have stayed in several of the units at Bear Valley. This is one of our favorites. Another favorite is #110. Our trips are focused on fishing Spicer Reservior and Lake Alpine. Beautiful country so we like to hike and walk as well. Diane

We had a very nice stay here. The Condo was very nice, with a convenient location for going skiing or to Bear Valley Village.
