Kim and Bob are amazing hosts. We have been coming to Sun Valley for five years and this is the best rental we have experienced yet. Their air conditioner works great. Two King sized beds that are super comfortable. They provided some snacks. There is a beautiful hot tub and the view from the back porch is breathtaking in the morning and the evening. I have to say that the heated bathroom floors was something that I never knew I needed until I have experienced them. We come for the Sun Valley Music Festival and the healing of the mountains. They offered their bikes. This was an unbelievable trip and hope to be able to stay here again. Super accessible to Sun Valley Lodge and Ketchum. Thanks Kim and Bob!

Very clean, charming, and surprisingly private home. Small kitchen, but everything you need! We have stayed at many other properties and loved this unique and beautiful home as one of our top stays ever! Easy to bike trail and to town.
