Summary:
Pompano Beach Tranquility is a very spacious 3,124 square foot, 4-bedroom/3-bathroom home located in the gorgeous neighborhood of Hillsboro Harbor in Pompano Beach, perfect for a family of eight, or even for two smaller families that are vacationing. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is very centrally located, close to all shopping, and only minutes away from the beach.
The Space:
Once you arrive at the beautifully paved circular driveway and enter the house, you can’t help but notice how large the living room is, featuring a grand piano, a seating section with two chairs and a sofa, and then a third area for watching TV and relaxing in the large L-shaped couch. What’s more, there is a separate dining room, and if you prefer to be outside, there is a screened-in covered patio with a dining table, and a little lounge area with bamboo furniture. In other words, in this vacation rental, you can be assured that you will all be able to comfortably spread out to fully relax and enjoy every moment.
The kitchen is larger than most, with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and lots of shaker-style cabinets. Equally impressive are the sleeping arrangements, starting with a master bedroom that feels like another living room, with a King-size bed and a large private cabana bathroom that leads to the pool. Two other bedrooms also each have a King-size bed, and then the fourth bedroom comes with a Queen-size. And to top it all off, every bed in the house has hotel style linens with duvet inserts and covers, to give you that 5-Star feeling when you’re ready to nod off. On a side note, for those who need to conduct business while away, one of the bedrooms has the perfect set up with two different workstations.
The backyard is very private and features two different seating areas, a hammock, and a fenced in heated saltwater pool that is perfect for families with small children.

We had a great time in this home. Family is not big on sight seeing or the beach so this was the perfect place to stay home and relax by the pool. The property management was extremely attentive when asked for assistance or questions. The property was clean and exactly as depicted on the website.

We all had a wonderful stay in pompano beach. The house, the pool-area is very nice, couldn't be better. The neighbourhood is quiet. Shops and very nice restaurants are in walkingdistance.

The location was very convenient and central to shops. The home had enough space for a family. However the home was not up to par. It was very difficult getting the lights on or even finding the appropriate switch. There are 4 rooms and only one had a TV and it was not the master room. The towels were stained. The shower and sinks in the bathroom did not drain well. The carpet in the master room had a black stain and the AC vent in the dining room leaks. It has been leaking a while due to the stains around the vent. The AC thermostat in the Master bedroom is falling off the wall and didn’t appear to be cooling the room. Just to name a few. I have stayed at several rental properties but this was by far the worse in terms of upkeep. I didn’t spend much time in the home as we were there for an event, but the time spent in the home was not too enjoyable due to these issues.
