About this house rental
Watch the sun rise over the cornfield while you enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch. Beautiful sunsets in the evenings overlooking the lake never disappoint.
Bringing your boat? There is a public boat launch a quarter of a mile down the road. Take a 30 minute leisurely boat ride to Front Street and enjoy the festivities.
If you are driving into town, we are 8 miles to Front street.
The indoor kitchen is fully stocked. The griddle in the outdoor kitchen is out of commission, however there is a charcoal grill for your use.
WiFi is available and you may use streaming apps to watch television, however cable tv is not offered.
The home provides ample room to bring the family. There’s nothing fancy here, but peacefulness is found in the simplicity of our home and the tranquility of the water.
Swimming is allowed at your own risk. Kayaks are on site along with life jackets. Kayaks can be used at your own risk.
Security cameras are on site capturing entrance gates, pontoon boat, boat dock, and rear entrance of the house.

The property was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The bed, sofas, and indoor and outdoor chairs were all comfortable and inviting. The water pressure in the master bathroom shower was so good I wanted to get the same setup at home.The backyard is beautiful, with great views and all the amenities you need for entertaining. The front and back yards are fully fenced, which gave us peace of mind for the dogs. There are nice stairs leading down to the dock area. The terrain in the back is moderately steep at some points, so keep that in mind if you or your dogs have mobility issues and like to roam in the grass.We would definitely stay there again, and next time we would love to take the kayaks out on the water and explore the area.
