About this apartment rental

Enjoy all that Amelia Island has to offer in this convenient location. Walk to shops, listen to some live music at local breweries, enjoy local delicacies at our numerous restaurants, and taverns, view the sunset over the Amelia River at the marina, and ride bikes under a canopy at Fort Clinch State Park, or spend the day at the beach and looking for sharks teeth or relaxing watching the pelicans and dolphins.

This is a brand new, beautiful and adorable vacation apartment, perfect for exploring the historic downtown of Fernandina Beach. We loved walking to the bars and restaurants in the downtown and strolling the quiet, quaint streets surrounding. We rented a car for a day to see the rest of the island and the beaches— absolutely beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay in the Carriage House. Fantastic location in quiet neighborhood where everyone says “Hello” and only a few blocks from Centre Street in historic district. Owner was extremely helpful with recommendations on restaurants and things to do. House was very clean and looks just like the pictures. Easy process to check-in/out and she even had homemade delicious blueberry muffins to welcome us. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
