About this cottage rental
Welcome to Hummingbird House! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch home is located on a spacious 1.5 acre lot and surrounded by spectacular views of the Huachucha and Mule Mountains. This stylish and well appointed home offers the perfect retreat for your getaway. Hummingbird House is 10 minutes from Ft Huachuca Buffalo Soldier Gate and just a short drive to hiking trails, Bisbee, Tombstone and Sonoita. Come stay at our favorite southern AZ retreat!
By booking this property, renter agrees to the following house rules:
HOUSE RULES
-No parties, events or large gatherings.
-No illegal activity anywhere on the property. This applies to off road vehicle restrictions, illicit drug use, and internet activity.
-Max number of guests, including children, is 6. Violation of this rule is subject to a $50 penalty per person per night.
-No shoes in the house.
-No animals of any kind.
-No smoking.
-No pots, pans or sharp knives in the dishwasher. Please wash these items by hand.
-No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
-Quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am.
-Primary renter minimum age requirement is 25.
-If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
-Renters must vacate the property at the check out time. There is a $100 per hour fee if the renter fails to vacate the property on time for any reason.

- Per insurance requirements, full names of each adult occupant will need to be added to the reservation at the time of booking.

We welcome stays over 28 days with a formal lease agreement. Extended stay leases will be completed online through Turbotenant at no additional cost to the tenant

We enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean and well stocked. The house was close to all of our activities and we enjoyed looking at all the wildlife in the yard. Beautiful view of the mountains and quiet neighborhood.

The house is a good base for hikers & birders since it's very close to Brown Canyon, Ramsey Canyon, etc, yet is a few minutes by car from town amenities. The house is comfortable and well equipped with a very large yard, and in a quiet area with wonderful mountain views.

What a fun property! We had everything we needed: comfortable beds, ample hot water, peaceful decor and a nice kitchen. The views from the back porch of the mountains are wonderful. Ashley, the property owner, was responsive and has even let me know that she made improvements from some of my suggestions. It is obvious the owners care. We will hope it’s available when we next visit!

My husband and I had a peaceful stay in Sierra Vista while taking care of some family business. After full days, we loved enjoying a cocktail on the back porch with a view of the mountains and the gorgeous sunsets. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Our host, Ashley, was very helpful and responsive.
