About this apartment rental
The space
The main floor features airy 10' ceilings throughout, an all season sun room, and a large freshly painted deck. The master bedroom suite offers a king size bed with hardwood floors and a recently remodeled bathroom. The other bedrooms have queen beds, twin beds, and the basement living room has a sofa and bed. 2 of the rooms are also equipped to work as a home office with a large desk, large monitors, printer etc. The basement adds considerable additional living space with a home office, bedroom, full bathroom, home theater system and a well equipped gym with Bike, Treadmill, Bench Press Machine and Cards with QR Code for work out. Easily venture out from the family room to the backyard bordered with a mix of evergreens for added privacy. The beautiful eat-in kitchen has all new appliances: GE Profile double oven range, GE Profile convection microwave, Maytag Refrigerator and Bosch Dishwasher.
High speed internet, large living spaces, a safe neighborhood and surrounded by restaurants and shopping! A great home away from home for your next get away. Also the house has a private entrance!

- Not more than 4 cars are allowed (2 on the driveway and 2 outside on the street)
-Extra charge of $150 if the trash is not taken out at the designated time
If you stay at my place on a Sunday, I would kindly ask you to place the garbage bins at the curb in the evening, so they can be picked up next morning. Please do not forget to put them back after they are emptied.

Wonderful home that was perfect for my group who was gathering from out of town for a big family event. Host was responsive and helpful. House was clean and spacious. Would recommend and stay again for the next family event in NJ!

Perfect house for my family of 5 adults and 3 small children. Came well stocked. Everything was there for what we may have needed (paper products etc). The owner was quick to respond to any questions.
