Palms Resort #2711 is a Junior 2BR/2BA, which is a 2 bedroom with a full-sized master plus a smaller bedroom and 2 full sized bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. The master has a king-sized bed. The second room has a new bunk bed with full over full, a television and its own bathroom entry. There's a new pull-out sofa bed in the living room. This unit also has a washer and dryer.

The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system.
The Palms of Destin offers full size basketball courts and two lighted tennis courts, with complimentary equipment available from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals.
Seasonal shuttle to Public Beach, Destin Commons, & Harborwalk Village. Henderson State Park at a small fee. Please inquire with the front desk for information on shuttle times. We arrived later than expected and experienced the smoothest check in ever. The condo was clean and well kept. The beds were super comfy and the amenities were fantastic. We’re a family that does not like to be hot indoors and the AC did not disappoint! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great vacation!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was very cute & clean and just what we needed. My family loved the pool area. The staff were great at the pool bar/restaurant. We’d definitely stay again!

Condo was gorgeous. It accommodated everything we needed regarding all cooking, bedding, and comforts. The condo listing did mention it was an eight minute walk to the beach. We should have looked in advance, because that eight minute walk includes crossing a 4 Lane Highway, which is not realistic for a 70 year-old or two small children. We thought there was access on the property. Atmosphere of the property was great. The pool was very clean, easy access to elevators and carts to bring baggage to the room.

Overall, the property was pleasant, and the highlight of our stay was the pool area. The resort offers multiple pools, which provided a great experience for families and children.One area that could be improved is the availability of dining options, particularly for children. While the condos are equipped with full kitchens, after spending the day at the pool, many families prefer the convenience of quick, on-site meal options. Given the number of families staying at the property, expanding the food selection would greatly enhance the guest experience.Additionally, I felt the cost of the unit was quite high considering that amenities such as daily housekeeping, breakfast, and other hotel services were not included. Based on my overall experience, I do not believe this property meets the standards I would expect from a five-star hotel.
