Tulare Cozy and Quiet Home near Sequoia Nat'l Park

My employees had a lot of positive comments about their stay at this location. It was convenient to their jobsite, beds were comfortable, and they had room to stretch out and not be on top of each other. Communication with the host was also great, and Ines was very accommodating when we had questions. Do note that there is someone living in the garage, but there was no interaction or noise from them. Just good to be aware of, as I had missed that note in the listing and my team was surprised. Thank you!

I met up with my siblings to attend a family reunion in Tulare. The house easily accommodated our group. It was nice all us adults having own room! Air conditioner was set and going when we got there which was much appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Internet worked well. Hopefully, we will be back again!

The rental was nice. The manager turned on the air-conditioning for us and communicated well. This is a house, not a town house. The garage was locked but you could hear a television through the garage door. We woke up to someone talking in the garage area and could hear it through the bedroom wall. My adult children felt uneasy wondering if someone would enter the home while we were sleeping. Felt very creepy to know someone was in the same house but not disclosed or seen. I did message the property manager in case it was someone squatting there. They did not respond so I assume they knew since they communicated well about everything else. This should be disclosed on the listing.
