The indoor pool is open seasonally from May through September.
This secure building is accessed via a key fob, and each reservation only receives two.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Best part about our stay was the location. Right on the boardwalk! Right on the beach! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the beautiful oceanfront view, and watching the comings and goings of the people on the boardwalk was so enjoyable. The only thing we didn’t like was that this condo is managed through Vacasa and it’s very impersonal. We’ve always dealt directly with property owners when renting through VRBO, and they take great pride in their properties, and pleasing their guests. Vacasa management is lacking that personal touch. When they say “check in is at 4pm”, know that you will not be checking in even a minute earlier, even if the cleaning service is long gone. Also, though our reserved parking spot (included in our stay) remained empty the ENTIRE day, we were not allowed to use it until 4pm. That was very unfortunate because there is literally NOwhere to park otherwise to enjoy the boardwalk or beach. When checking in and checking out at the Vacasa office, it’s strictly business…No niceties like, “Enjoy your stay” or “How was your stay?” Besides those few disappointments, our stay here was great! Clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything!

Great location right on the boardwalk.
The owner has cut corners, maybe to save money. The hot water was warm, so no hot shower. The sheets are directly on the mattress without a mattress pad. You need to bring your own hand soap. I rented in November and the beds were made with summer bedding. The knob on the bathroom heater has been removed. The wifi shows that it is connected on your device, but the speed is so slow to load that I don't think it was ever actually connected.
It felt like the owners read an article on how to save money while running a vacation rental.
