About this cabin rental

Embrace the Spring Season, with new beginnings and new growth. Popular hiking and off-road trails nearby too. This large 2 story Cabin with 4 beds & 2.5 Bathrooms. The first floor has the master bedroom with a bathroom and shower. The bed size for the master is Queen size. As you enter the Cabin, The half bathroom is located by the entrance. Downstairs their are 3 bedrooms, all bottom level bedrooms have queen size beds. NO MORE THAN 2 VEHICLES AT THE PROPERTY, NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED

This place was nice but not fantastic. This cabin does not have a dishwasher and that’s not fun when you have to do dishes every meal knowing that we did bring some paper plates, but they were still dishes that need to be cleaned so if your jam is not to dishes this place isn’t for you. All the doors were so squeaky, including the little gate going down the stairs that my husband went out and bought WD-40 to get rid of the squeaky noises. Every time somebody opened one of the doors. The beds had a fitted sheet, but there was no flat sheet on any of them, the beds are very comfortable however, it would be helpful if the owner had a summary sheet of how she wanted things to work, including the fireplace, which did not have any fire starter. We had to go out and buy that as the logs that they had there do not light on their own without it there is no laundry detergent if you wanted to throw in a load of laundry so you’d need to bring that with you. The shower in the master bath upstairs is no larger than a mobile home shower. We’re not big people so it didn’t matter too much but if you’re a large person you would have a tough time showering in that bathroom, there is also no counter space in that bathroom to put anything down, only a very small table, which wouldn’t fit more than one thing like a blow dryer. they could use a better coffee maker to, as the coffee maker did not make coffee very easily, and there were no instructions with it when we finally got it to work the 1st cup of coffee was very strong than the 2nd cup was very weak again the owner should have a manual with some instructions on some of the basic things, there also what were no closing instructions so that was unusual for a VRBO for us. The house next to this VRBO has a Camaro. That is so beat up and should be in a junkyard. Just sitting out in the driveway just gives you a picture of the type of street that it is with houses that are really dilapidated and others that are pretty decent . Overall it is a nice place. However, we probably wouldn’t stay in the future in Crestline just because we like Arriwhead a lot better.

Clean Lake Gregory Vacation House

House was clean with plenty of room. Enjoyed having two decks and a hangout space by grill. The inside was great withe three separate couch areas, kitchen is small yet functional. Yard big enough for dogs or kids to play. Enough room to park a truck and 3 medium size cars. And four minute drive to Lake Gregory, grocery sore and local shopping. We would rent again.

We had a nice stay at this Crestline cabin. We were a little worried to stay as there were no prior reviews, but we were pleased. It was clean with new sheets, blankets and towels. Kitchen was well stocked. One note -- there is no dishwasher, which was a little surprise when we had a big group with lots of dishes! Easy access to hiking trails and Lake Gregory, or just hang out on the comfy couches or back decks.
