Sleeps 12 and is set up to offer an all inclusive stay with privacy for everyone (including the pups) with 40 acres to roam. It is perfectly appointed for families, friends and retreats. The property manager lives in on site apartment.

Really great property! Stayed on a long weekend with 9 friends who wanted to explore the area and have a couple of drinks at nearby breweries and wineries. Host was very responsive and the check-in and exit procedures were easy. Would absolutely stay again!

We needed a place in the middle to meet for Thanksgiving and this place was perfect. House is very spacious and bedrooms were all comfortable and each has their own door to the outside with a small deck. Kitchen is stocked with eveything we needed to cook all of our meals. I always bring extra pans but didn't need them here. It's was a bit chilly to enjoy the outside area of the home but it looks like a great place to be outside. Plenty of parking also.

We were going to see a band at Devils Backbone. We all live about an hour more away so we decided to rent a house. The house is amazing. So much space. So many beds. The hot tub was a big hit. Will plan on staying here again in the future at our next DB adventure.

What a great stay! Misty was an amazing host - very responsive, check in and out was smooth and easy, information sent ahead of time. She also sent an amazing list of local places/events for the area.
The house was exactly as pictured except even more spacious than it seemed. And it was VERY stocked! Not only with pots/pans/dished etc. for cooking a Thanksgiving meal, but also with cooking oil, honey, sugar, etc. I forgot a few things for thanksgiving sides, but Misty saved me with extras available. The fire pit was really nice. The space outside was amazing for our kids and dogs.
Overall everything was perfect and I cannot recommend this house and host enough!
