The complex boasts a bevy of onsite amenities including a large family swimming pool, a semi-private spa, a private recreational village, a gathering pavilion, a barbecue pit, and lush landscaping at every turn.
This condo enjoys tropical landscape and ocean views and benefits from strong natural lighting. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and exquisite countertops, as well as space to enjoy meals at the breakfast bar, around the dining table, or outside at the dining set on the serene, shaded lanai.
In the mornings, get ready for a round of golf, or grab your flip-flops and beach gear and head down to the sand. I was very impressed with this unit. We love to cook and I wish unit has some better cooking equipment. Overall we had a great experience staying here.

Beautiful, clean, well-maintained property. Loved staying here! The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is when we arrived the water was completely shut off - not working at all! It is a problem apparently all over Kauai with new rules they have for water conservation. Something "tripped" our system and shut off the water before we ever got there. It was a bit of a hassle talking to the customer service number and getting someone local to actually solve the problem. But once I FINALLY was able to talk to the local manager he was very helpful and apologetic and he reset the system to get the water turned on. Everything else - location, cleanliness, furnishings, perfect.

The property is modern and clean. The layout didn't work for what we needed but we made do. We thought the master was downstairs but it was upstairs so my parents had to sleep in twin beds which was not ideal. The complex was well maintained and very quiet.

I really missed the charm of Hawaii in this rental. It is not what I expected
from the pictures: not within walking distance of the beach, you can squint and see the ocean from the upstairs bedroom, the beautiful mountain views are out the front tiny windows, and there's a little balcony for two to have a cup of coffee. It's just a condo - not great but not horrible. It was nice to have a little gift when you walk in the door, but underneath is a huge packet of rules to read (HOA rules on steroids).
I was disappointed because it hadn't been cleaned well and there was a jar of men's hairgrowth cream left on the sink and pink stuff on the bathroom floor.
But the biggest issue I had was that it is very apparent that the neighbors hate renters! When we arrived, it was hard to find the unit (it's in the middle top of the stairs of building 13 if you're looking). The people who obviously own their condos were incredibly rude and very vocal pointers about our presence - which was strange when I'm just trying to quietly walk to the pool with my kiddo.
