The property was very clean and worked well for our family. The “bonus” bunk bed room was more of a closet, which was not ideal for 2 teenage boys but we were not in our rooms very often. Overall, the place was great. Very clean and had everything we needed.

The place is nice but should not be listed as a four-bedroom condo. The listing does state a "bonus" room, but it is not a bedroom; instead, it is more like a closet with two small bunk beds crammed into it. The photos of this room are deceiving. The other major issue was with the cable TV and internet access. Service was requested as soon as we arrived, but an appointment was not scheduled until after we left. This would not have been a significant issue for us, but several of us had work to complete during our stay. That being said, the place was clean and well-equipped with dishes, spices, etc. The hot tub was great as well. We would stay again if we didn't need the "closet bonus room." Small children might not complain about the size, but it should be advertised as such.

The house itself is great. Good kitchen and well stocked (which is really nice). All the rooms were great and everything was clean when we arrived. The location is great and the views are good :). We loved the hot tub (although it had a lot of chemicals which kind of burned our eyes and throat). The biggest issue was the internet. The wifi did not work a single moment of the trip. We could connect but nothing would load. this also meant nothing on the TV worked so we couldn't cozy up and watch movies at night and we really struggled to buy lift tickets because we also had very limited cellular service there. It was a pretty big bummer and a bit frustrating.

The location is close to the ski resort. And while the Harry Potter room is small, the shared space is large and comfy. There are two sofa beds in the living room for you to choose from (but you probably can't use both beds given the area of the living room), and they are quite comfy. The upstairs with the Harry Potter room will work really well for a family of four, given that a family would be able to share the bathroom. The Internet is spotty, but I think the host did they best they can. This unit is run by a company so they have pretty strict off hours when they cannot be reached. If you have a problem after 8 p.m. that's not an emergency (e.g. water pipe breaking) you won't get it resolved until next morning.

This property was exactly as the listing described and perfect for our group of 8. We would absolutely return! The only issue we had was that it was uncharacteristically warm in Winter Park during our visit and there was no AC in the unit. There were fans and we were able to get a consistent breeze through the property, and once it cooled down to normal temperatures, it was absolutely perfect.

This property was in a great location for the family wedding in Fraser. It is a very short walk down to a brewery and to the Fraser River Trail. The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything you would need. The hot tub was great for cool summer evenings. Really pretty view out the deck. Our only disappointment was how warm and stuffy the bedrooms were, particularly the two upstairs bedrooms even with fans. There are no windows in the bunk room, which was very warm. We did not realize there was no AC. Otherwise, it was a great place.

The property was as described. Great location, not far from the slopes. It was quiet and tranquil. It was very roomy. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. All basic supplies were available- toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergeant, etc. Kitchen was well supplied with all basic cooking utensils and small appliances. We decided last minute to bring our 2 year old grandson and the property managers were so kind to drop off a pack and play for him to sleep in.

We had a great time. Property is beautiful - streets were well maintained under snow and icy conditions. Home is well furnished. Beds super comfy. Only 2 things to pony out. Carpet nails were bad all over. My daughter cut her leg on one while lying on the floor. Kitchen/dining/main room lighting needs to be brightened up. Too dark.

Nice condo with excellent kitchen and living room open concept area. Positives: The kitchen easily accommodated multiple cooks! Very well stocked kitchen with tools and appliances! Views were nice. Comfortable beds in the real bedrooms. Being on the top floor of building. Nice long dining room table and plenty of couch space in living room for watching the world cup and socializing. Negatives: Decks are very small. Hot tub is on landing not really a deck. So called bonus bunk room is not a legal bedroom. Basically a walk in closet with a bunk bed. No ventilation. We ended up having to put someone on the living room couch instead. Probably fine for little kids. Positives made up for the negatives we loved the location and common spaces!

We just loved this spot. It was perfectly located to some great restaurants and breweries as well as skiing at Winter Park. Our family had a wonderful time, we will definitely come again! This condo was very nicely appointed with beautiful views. It was perfectly located close to stores and restaurants and only a 15 min. drive to Winter Park for skiing. There were lovely views from 2 of the bedrooms and living room and a nice balcony. The place seemed clean, but my son found a sock under his bed and I had read another review of someone finding a clothing item left behind, so it does make me wonder how thorough the cleaning actually was. Everything else seemed clean though.

Clean, updated, comfortable, great mountain views. Lots to like about this rental. The hot tub and the TV were impressive. Bunk bed room is very small but functional, we were able to (barely) fit a pack and play in there for our 1-year old and the room stays plenty warm. Only downside is the master bedroom can get really cold as there is no floor heating in that room and it's right above the garage. All units in this townhome complex are like this, not the owner's fault. Just be sure to bring a space heater for that room. All other aspects of the unit were great! We rent a lot of short term rentals in Grand and Summit counties and this was one of the best we've stayed in.

The only downside is the deck/porch is smaller than we would have liked because everyone wanted to be out there enjoying the weather & the amazing views of the mountains & valley.

this stay was the best experience we have ever had in the Winter Park area. if I could give a 100 star rating I would. From the check in to the check out everythiing was fabulous. getting to use the free xplorie for booking everything was fabulous. Easy to use, friendly staff and saved us money. The house was absolutely perfect. VERY COMFORTABLE. The kitchen was fantastic, you won't want for anything. the beds are top notch, perfection, I can't say enough about the whole place. We could not have been more comfortable. thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We were blown away by this property. My husband and I stayed with two other couples, and picked the place because it had 3 big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We planned to cook several meals, and each of us brought different cooking equipment with us (knowing that most rentals have limited kitchen supplies). We were so surprised to find the kitchen stocked with every appliance and dish you could ever need... From a blender to an instant pot, they had it all. No need for all of the things we brought. Each bed very comfortable, with soft sheets and fluffy comforters. The table was huge, and was great for meals and games alike. The hot tub is definitely on the smaller side (it would have been pretty tight if all 6 of us tried to get in), but it was hot and clean. The gas fireplace put out a ton of heat, and the living room was super comfy to lounge around. The only thing we'd change was the lighting... It was pretty dark at night, even with all of the lights turned on. But it really wasn't a problem, just annoying. We would rent this place again, and would recommend it to anyone!!

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend stay at Cozens Pointe B-301. The home was very functional, well equipped, comfortable and had beautiful mountain views. Plenty of towels for the hot tub and easy check-in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and stocked with necessities that would certainly come in handy if you should need them. My one piece of advice would be to add dish soap to the kitchen sink. And in the bathrooms it would be nice to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash as separate products. Not a combo of soap/shampoo. And for those ppl with dry skin, lotion would be a nice addition. But we would stay here again 100%!

The fireplace did not work the entire time. Huge disappointment as this was a huge criteria for my family during winter Xmas. They could not get anyone to fix it over the entire trip. We also had a handle on oven that broke which they fixed before we got there and gave us a free sledding trip. Though that was generous I am still disappointed not having a fireplace the whole time especially paying that kind of price for 5 days

The pictures on the listing made it look bigger than it was. The bed count was only accurate if you count the sofa pull out beds. But you can't count both of them because you can only pull out one at a time due to space. The garage code did not work and management was unable to get it fixed during our stay. But over all we liked the place. Ps the oven door does not shut properly, affected the accuracy of the oven.
