With seven bedrooms and two separate living areas, this house is the perfect destination for large families or two families vacationing together.
Pelican Cove is part of Solara Resort, which features an expansive pool, a poolside restaurant, a fitness room, lush greenery, and a little convenience shop. This amazing setting is also right in the heart of the Disney action and close to SeaWorld, Islands of Adventure, and other Orlando-area attractions.
As you enter, you'll be welcomed by an open floor plan with plush furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and both a lavish dining area for eight and a breakfast bar for more casual meals. The large, screened-in patio is nicely outfitted for both outdoor dining and lounging, with a sparkling private pool awaiting you in the afternoons.
There's an additional living area upstairs, offering a cozy sectional and a foosball table for at-home entertainment. Free WiFi, cable service, and smart TVs in the living areas and bedrooms are provided as well.
The seven bedrooms include a king primary suite with private patio access, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Four more bedrooms have their own private bathrooms as well.
This home enjoys the perfect location for exploring Walt Disney World, with Disney parks such as Animal Kingdom just a few miles away. You'll be an easy drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, and downtown Orlando. Stock up on all your favorites at the Publix Supermarket or ALDI, both of which are a quick drive down the road. An array of local and national eats can be found on nearby Margaritaville Boulevard as well.

I loved the pool…private bathrooms. We had some in our party with mobility issues and there were 2 downstairs suites just for them. We had a few hiccups using the door and garage codes but anyone who books this home will be very happy that they did.

The location was optimal for the theme parks (20-30 minutes away without traffic). The AC was a major concern. The password protected thermostat didn't allow us to change the temperature at all. As there was no way to circulate air (no ceiling fans, one box fan) it made the house very stuffy and unbearable at night. I understand trying to save on electricity however 78 at night is too hot to sleep in. Our stay was in february when temperatures were lower and I cannot imagine staying or recommending this house during the summer. Our only relief came from opening windows as the temperature outside was cooler than inside. The house was pretty clean with the exception of the towels. The clean towels had hair on them. There should be more consideration for privacy in the showers as the first floor showers had windows that were in view of other homes from the 2nd floor. The amenities were bare bones in comparison to other homes I have stayed at. Be prepared to purchase additional items (trash bags, laundry/dishwashing pods, paper towels). Wi-fi and cable TV worked fine and each room had its own TV. Kids bunkroom appears fun at first but it poorly constructed (need additional padding as the mattresses were smaller than the spaces and left voids that could cause injury). Garage was spacious and easily fit an oversized SUV. The house was large and spacious and can accommodate larger families. The pool was nice and had seating for outside time. With a few changes, I could see this house being a tourist location for vacation.
