This little gem provided everything I needed. It delivered everything promised and then some. The Host responded to any questions and inquiries super quick. I didnt used the hot tub, but thought it was a nice setup. Very clean ! The Internet speed was crazy fast. The 3 TVs are set up so you can use your own streaming account which is disabled after your checkout time.The guest book and photo board was an extra special touch. THANK YOU!

Cute rooms, comfy beds, homey vibe, kitchen well supplied with utensils, and attentive host.So much better than the experiences described by our other friends and family in different company accommodations. Will stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here along with our dog. The size was just right for us and the location served as a perfect staging ground for day trips to Northern Georgia hikes, kayaking on the Broad River, and checking out Athens. The neighborhood was quiet and just a few minutes from groceries, restaurants, and Toccoa’s downtown area. The house was very cute. The deck and backyard were nice and peaceful though we spent most of our time adventuring.The beds initially felt very firm, but were a memory foam material so they provided support without being hard and uncomfortable. They weren’t hard or too soft. We slept very well in them.
