SOLAR VILLA: Relocation perfect. Relax here!

My wife, nine month old son, and I, all stayed at this property for 28 days while our home had some renovation work done to it. If you don't want to read much more, then know that it was a decent experience but it was the owner themselves that reduced the rating of our stay by their actions. The positives: good house, decent furnishings, good location, and quick responses to problems with the property. The negatives: - The owner had to send several people, on multiple days, to the house to fix some problems but would give next to no warning that they were coming. Even asked if someone could stop by at 9 PM. Had two technicians interrupt our dinner with a guest we had over on a Saturday night. Very inconsiderate. - Asked us to stay in another property for a VERY small reimbursement compared to the large sum we paid for this one. They explained they had a family emergency. It felt like a bait-and-switch and was not only incredibly unprofessional, but insulting for the price we paid as the other house was worth much less due to its furnishings, age and location. - Didn't have the internet ready for our stay and even had to switch services from one provider to another.
