The spacious living area offers access to a furnished and screened patio with tranquil lake views, while the well-equipped, full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a full inventory of accessories to make meal prep easy during your stay. You'll enjoy access to a seasonally-heated outdoor pool just a short walk away, while beach access is right across the road.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
While golf is not automatically included with this vacation rental, you can stop at the club house to secure a tee time.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed at this same condo. Came in to find the dryer door broken(although it was repaired quickly after reporting the problem). Still lots of electrical outlets “dead” in primary bdrm, same as last year. Guess we should have reported it then. We love the screened in porch and this unit is spacious and is close to family who own a condo in Seascape. I will say though that the harassment for the renters and guests from the front gate staff is totally uncalled for. They were rude and downright mean. This will have us second-guessing on renting in Seascape in the future. I would suggest the condo owners talk to the Seascape HOA about this situation. First impressions tend to stay with people!

The condo was a perfect fit for our family. Location is great with just a short walk to the sand from the parking area at Seascape. Restaurants, groceries, shops are all within a five minute drive. The condo had ample space and plenty of amenities.
