Depending on the guests length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased. Port a crib and children's highchair are provided. Minimum age of primary renter is 25 years old.

We had a great trip to CSB. We have stayed in CSB many times and we really liked the access to the beach that this place offered and the pool was great too. The house was very good overall - all the bathrooms are redone and very nice. It had most everything you look for in a rental. It could use some replacements bc some things are a bit run down. The living room couch is really in need of replacement and a new set of pots and pans is probably in order as well. Everything else was good - although the rental company I am sure provides the towels and they were just about the worst I have ever seen in a rental. The property was cleaned - but I wouldn't say it was "very clean/spotless". We had a great trip - can't wait to return to CSB.

Everything was as described and better. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook wonderful meals! 1 minute walk to the beach...close to both the Cape General Store and Scallop Cove Store. Grill worked great. Firepit by the pool was amazing!
