The house was nice. Relatively clean but when we got there the thermostat was set to 55° in the middle of winter. The house instructions state to do this but it took forever to heat up.

The Timbers is a great vacation rental. It is super clean and comfy. The location is super close to Ponderosa, town, and the lake (which is awesome). The lack of air conditioning and the tricky to flush down stairs toilet is why I rate it a 4 instead of a 5.

This property met our needs but is in need of repair. Slider door gets stuck about 6" after opening and wouldn't open or close. Main floor bathroom shower faucet fell off every time you used shower. Ants in upstairs bathroom and other items in need of repair. It was fine for our needs, but I wouldn't go back.
