This is a quiet small gated community. Please no parties or events. Steps away from the sand and ocean. Nice ocean views. No smoking on the premises. Due to
Owners severe allergies there are no pets/animals of any kind allowed. This house will accommodate no more than 9 people total. DO NOT SET AC below 69 degrees it will only freeze up the unit and cause it to fail due to the humidity.
