If you arrive with a car, we'll gladly provide you with a designated parking space, and our security team will assist in guiding you to it.
For garbage disposal, you can leave it by the emergency door on the right side of the elevators, or we'll handle it after your departure.
Our swimming pool and gym are open for use, but reservations must be made at the lobby. To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least one day in advance, with one-hour time slots per reservation. Kindly note that food or drinks are not permitted in the pool area, and it is mandatory to wear a cap and take a quick shower before swimming. The pool is subject to availability. Both the gym and pool operate from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM (last reservation is from 8 to 9 PM), located on floor M2.

Location:
It lies between Mexico City's downtown and el Bosque de Chapultepec, just south of Paseo de la Reforma, one of Mexico's commercial districts and its financial center. Since it was established in the early 20th century, the neighborhood has been transforming.

I was so excited to stay in this Kukun and it definitely lived up to our expectations. The interior is absolutely gorgeously designed with a great view of the city and the mountains. I felt like a fancy local staying here! It has a nice shower, bedding, Netflix, and everything you need for a short or extended stay. The neighborhood is walking distance from so many shops, restaurants, bars and local parks. The only downside is if you are a light sleeper, it is situated right above a party street that doesn’t stop until around 4am on the weekends. There is no drowning out the noise, even 15 stories up. I’d still stay again, though.

Check in was easy, although, the cleaners were still in the unit when we got there. The location was easy and central. The apartment is beautiful but the floor to ceiling windows create a bit of a greenhouse atmosphere. The blind remotes wouldn’t work and one of the blinds was stuck up. You could definitely tell it was a rental unit, as it was falling apart a bit. However, it seems like the rental service is a bit inexperienced, they gave us only two towels for a five night stay, at a unit that advertised a pool. We messaged them about the towels and were told every day we would get them but they got delivered on the day before we left. The ad also says AC but the tiny unit didn’t do much to fight against the temperature in there at the end of the day. Be prepared to be a little sweaty during your sleep. Lastly, as was said in other reviews, the street it’s on parties until the wee hours of the morning (4am ish) and the sound travels all the way up. There are signs saying they provide earplugs but there were none provided.
