Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We really enjoyed our stay. I loved the set up with the extra beds in both bedrooms. The mattresses were super comfy. I really enjoyed the decks off of the living room and primary bedroom. The views were lovely. The only thing I would change is the metal on the steps as they were a trip hazard and hard on our bare feet. Also, the people in the condo next door kept parking in our spot and using the water hose to clean out their boat which was really annoying. Otherwise, a lovely home and we hope to return soon. I would like to know where the owner found the table and chairs on the deck off the living room. I want to find that set for my home.

Worked out great for us. Nice place, roomy and comfortable king bed in master rm. price was right. Kitchen was great. Gas grill should be replaced; bad shape but worked with a lighter. The pier looked great for a fisherman or boater. Drove a couple of blocks to ocean side beaches and restaurants.

Place was nice and great location and view. It was clean and they were helpful. Only thing was no extra blankets for the couches.

It was great location…… had to contact Vacasa due to the cleanliness of the unit!
The cleaners need to seeep the floors better and MOP! The floors was disgusting and clearly not mopped! There was a roach in the shower. There were dirty glasses put up with clean dishes… shower curtain had mold on it. The water faucet to the tub downstairs is covered with mold, This place clearly is not being cleaned properly!!!!
