Tennis, pickleball, heated pool with hot tub, lawn bowling, library, gym, art room, ping pong, wood shop, ceramics room and game room included. Close to RB Inn and RB winery. San Diego beaches and attractions 20-30 minutes away. Please be aware that this is a condo and you may hear neighbors at times.
