New to our program in 2022 - Beachwalk 196 offers a perfect Hilton Head vacation destination with golf & lagoon views, outdoor patio with a gas grill all within walking distance to the beach. Shipyard is a quiet gated community perfect for those looking to rest and relax. Beachwalk is a great spot for those who enjoy outdoor activities while on vacation: on site pool, short walk to beach with easy access, bike on the many secluded & shaded paths, play tennis at the Shipyard Racquet Club, or Golf at the unique 9, 18 or 27 hole options at the Shipyard Golf Course. All within minutes from the condo. Located just across the street from Beachwalk is the Sonesta Resort which offers food & beverage options. King in BR1, King in BR2, 2 Sets of Bunk Beds BR3 (4 beds) plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room. The unit is equipped with 5 TVs. Please Note: Fireplace is not intended for use. For larger groups - please consider another 2 or 3 bedroom unit on our program at Beachwalk to pair with your stay in #196.

Overall, we had a great experience. The townhouse had everything that we needed as well as plenty of space. It was a short walk to the beach (10 minutes with kids) but was fully shaded and easy to do. The pool was great, but we barely used it as the beach never felt crowded. Great location to go to restaurants, mini golf, grocery stores etc. Would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a place on Hilton Head.

We stayed at this spacious rental for 5 nights and had a blast. The home was clean and the owners provided all the essentials. It is located towards the back of shipyard. The condo is about a 5 minute walk from the pool and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We had no issues here!

Unit was spacious and comfortable for the most part! Unit could have used a little more cleaning, back up batteries for the television remotes, pull out bed mattress definitely needs replacing. Oven did not work for us during our stay and no one ever came out to look at it.
