About this apartment rental

Fully equipped updated studio right on the Gulf. This is a non-smoking unit, no smoking inside, no smoking outside on balcony.
Full Kitchen, Full Bath, Washer and Dryer in unit, Queen size bed, with a Huge Heated Community Pool. Spa, Tiki Hut for Grilling and Parties. Private Balcony on the 6th Floor. Close to shopping, bars and restaurants. Pets are not allowed as per condo by-laws for rentals.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this Condo, Its a fantastic location, great view, very clean, everything you need is available, its very well arranged and the host is a great! Would thoroughly recommend!! Thank you Matthew for another Great Stay!

Great place and host was friendly and accommodating. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. View is fantastic and when the weather isn't the greatest the balcony is a great place to sit and look out at the Gulf.
